This is a no longer available shaft for the 1965 150HP Large Gear Case OMC Outdrive with the oil pump in the lower unit. Newer models have a spiral on the drive shaft.
This is the upper picture where the lower splines and thread are about an 1 1/2" long. The lower shaft in the photo is a 379408 and has about 1 " of thread and splines. That shaft was also put in our Ebay store.
This shaft hasn't been made in over 30 years, so there is some oxidation to machined surfaces, nothing that would be an issue in use.
